Joe,
you have a very long memory, I am glad I don't owe you any money.
My take is that the Russell 2000 isn't crazy enough at the present time, but it will be. Historically, small caps have always done better than large caps after an interest cut. There is a lttle lag time.
Fonar, is a microcap, so the lag time might be a teeny bit longer. All ships rise in a lifting tide, but if you think Fonar is a barnacle on the bottom of a ship., then you should not invest.
I hope that some time in the future, when Fonar is selling in double digits, you come back to visit us again...and I, for one, won't say " I told you so!"
YOUR THOUGHTS FRANK ??
