To "Robert Warren". my friend. the main thing (news) that is driving this VERY remarkable increase in stock price of "ARET" is the PASSAGE OF CALIFORNIA'S PROPOSITION FIVE (5). read my prior post on this subject (post # 4217). this is a really - REALLY - "big-deal" for "ARET". let me tell you WHY this is such a POTENTIALLY "big-deal" for "ARET". if you were in the construction business you would already understand why the passage of this Proposition has such a tremendous POTENTIAL for a really great FINANCIAL benefit for our company. it all "boils-down" to this - you can build one-hundred-thousand (100,000) houses and make millions of dollars or - OR - you can build one (1) - JUST ONE (1) - Hotel/Casino and make the SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY!! building the Hotel/Casino is a LOT MORE "cost-effective" and a LOT MORE profitable PER SQUARE FOOT - more "boom-for-the-buck!! if this company actually does start to build Hotels/Casinos on Indian property - and i and a lot of other people think that is EXACTLY what is going to happen - then there is really NO TELLING how high the stock price of this company could go!! one-DOLLAR ($1.00) per share may actually seem like a "cheap" price for this stock in six (6) months to a year from now!! take care, my friend.
