Well I think if the dividend is in shares of Brooks that it will not be a taxable event in any case. So there is no tax advantage to pushing it off.

With the share price at it's current level, are there any but Rhonda, Tony, Greg, Italo and Rebecca holding shares with a lower basis? Not even Brucie Buffet and his band of merry hucksters ever claimed this low a basis.
