I agree. Lateral Vector out of Sask. has been trying to build in the Chinese market and so far (based on stock price), not with very much success. People that I deal with have not had a good experience in China. Typically, the Chinese don't have cash so barter becomes an issue and if you have technology or proprietary methods, they want it but won't pay for it. I sure would rather see Lab concentrate on the Cdn. assets. Where is the money going to come from for this other business venture? Only option is greater dilution of the company and if anything exists in SVB, more funds will be neccesary for future development. In addition, the scary thing is mgt. is a backward way, may be trying to tell us that nothing exists in SVB so to keep the company going, they are going into another business. Otherwise, why do it? Just speculation but I am confused as to what the mgt. is trying to accomplish. A PR to clarify would be nice but to expect information and knowledge for shareholders from VSE based companies appears unrealistic.
