By doing the deal Jordex has implied that they don't think their will be anything of any substantial worth on the property. They have 19 million in the bank. If they thought they would hit something on their property they would have paid for the 1.5 million dollar program themselves instead of potentially giving 70% of the property to someone else for the cost of drilling.
