motion to dismiss thrown out. you fail to see there is hearing first where lawyers get copys of motion.

Several motions to dismiss have been brought. One is still pending, as I say. Really, Spidey, you need to get your DD skills up to speed. Your own "research", far from being "professional", isn't even done at first hand.

Now tell me: why did Mike Sylver seek out Andy Mann? And what were the terms of the deal they cut?
