I don't know if it is the name or a new or renaming of an old bank holding company, KHS. I first spotted it while looking at the rankings of northeast banks over at Yahoo! then checked and saw it has only been publically traded since this past spring:

biz.yahoo.com

The profile over at Yahoo! states:
<begin quote>
Main Street Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company for Berks County Bank and Heritage National Bank. For the six months ended 6/30/98, total interest income rose 21% to $30.5 million. Net interest income after loan loss provision rose 20% to $15.3 million. Net income rose 31% to $5.1 million. Net interest income reflects increased earning asset balances, partially offset by a lower net interest margin. Earnings benefitted from increased realized gains on the sale of securities.
<end quote>

I was planning to check it out the next time I am in Reading but though you might know something about it.

BTW, #2, Bryn Mawr (BMTC) is a tiny bank stock I do have knowledge of. This is one that will definitely be taken over by one of the big guys, who drool over BMTC's trust department. From what I've heard, the president of BMTC would rather have the bank taken out than have someone replace him when he retires.
