David,
All Dale said is by the time we have the merger we will probable have the COC . It will take until about the first of March to get the okay from the court to start the procedures to set up the meetings to vote on the merger, and to set up the meetings will take about 60 to 90 days, which would take us into sometime in May.
This is all outside dates but it is always better to figure the longer time.
