Santiago, Would this be correct SESI@ 4 1/4 PKD @ 5 SESI= .9 share/PKD. Value should reflect 4.5 SESI I bot PKD @ 5 today and thought it would move with the rest of the sector, but when bid came to 5 1/16 and offer was 5 1/8, there was over 85k to sell at the eighth. I think that the arb guys have this one for a while maybe shorting PDK and buying SESI. After the merger, I do think that this won't matter, now the price of crude thats a different story. I sold PKD at 5 1/16 and may buy SESI now to take some advantage of the difference. Good Trading Dave
