appointed vice-chairman and president effective immediately. Peter Russell-Jones has been appointed a
director and chief executive officer effective immediately. Andrew Cooke has resigned as a director and
corporate secretary effective immediately. Christine Reynolds has been appointed a director and
corporate secretary effective immediately
Damien Reynolds has resigned as a director effective immediately.

Mr. Swire-Thompson is Zimbabwean by birth and is a principal of Snowden & Associates, geological
consultants of Perth, Western Australia.
Mr. Russell-Jones is chief financial officer of the CanAustra Group.
Ms. Reynolds operates her own company, Durham Capital, which specializes in corporate and investor
relations for junior resource companies.
