here's a wild stock i have been watching, only traded 800 shares ever as far as i can see, last week bid was $1 ask $6, on no trade bid moved to $3, then on still no trades bid moved to $4.50 ask $6.50,
still no trades bid goes to $5 ask to $6.75, if these #'s from this release are true it could be big winner, IHHC
International Healthcare Holdings Inc., Has Entered Into An Agreement To Provide Healthcare Coverage For 1,700,000 Union Members

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1998--International Healthcare Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:IHHC) formerly known as IMG Latin America Inc. (hereinafter "IHHsm" or "company"), has entered into an agreement with a cooperative of unions in Brazil to provide healthcare coverage for approximately 1,700,000 workers and their families. International Healthcare Holdings Inc. is a provider of healthcare services and manager of medical claims ("Third Party Administrator") for the Latin American Market. The company manages an innovative cooperative of eight small unions that have pooled their health-care systems, Argentina Union Health Care Systems ("UNASS"). UNASS currently has over 130,000 beneficiaries that rely on International Healthcare Holdings Inc. for quality, cost effective healthcare services.

Expansion into the Brazilian health care market is being implemented through the formation of the Unions of Brazil Health Systems ("UMBRASS"). This organization will utilize International Healthcare Holdings Inc.'s experience, systems and management to provide healthcare coverage and medical expense administration to it's members and their dependents. As an integral part of the company's expansion plan, IHHsm will organize a wholly owned Brazilian subsidiary and open an administrative office in Curitiba, Brazil.
