FWIW, The standard & poor's newsletter that I get with my brokerage statement identified software as a sector with a lot of value. While they did not specifically say that Oracle was a buy they said that ERP in general was and recommended several in that space. That seems to agree with your point of view that ERP and database are areas that are growing, not stagnating. I have to believe that the purse strings in IT budgets are going to loosen in a quarter or two and companies like Oracle will benefit. Doughboy.
