There are many ways to raise money and climates within to raise it. A fairer way would be a rights offering to all existing shareholders. Then we could all participate and not really worry about dilution, just risking more capital. What do you mean by "You could have participated in the PP if you so desired" I certainly did not know of any such opportunity!! Re: buying more stock "below the PP price and not had to wait for it to become free trading" Unfortunately there are no warrants attached and "averaging down" is a suckers game (IMHO).
