Carl R., I suggest you get a more reliable source of insider trade data. I thought everyone knew that J.R.Simplot registered to sell 1.8 million shares in October (out of total holdings of around 13 million). Check out this site: biz.yahoo.com Also, have you guys heard the rumor that DELL will not renew Micron's supply contract for desktop systems memory as of February? (may retain them for laptop memory). DELL is a VERY big chunk of Micron's total sales. Land_Lubber
