Whoever the imbecile is who wrote the forbes article, he has rejustified my opinion that forbes is useless. For example; In note 14, the company states that both these declines are due to "significant pricing and promotion actions taken." In other words, drastic price cuts necessitated by an industry growing increasingly competitive and commoditized. No, moron, in other words price cuts necessitated by the need to clear 14 weeks of inventory from the channel. Apparently this idiot missed the biggest story to hit CPQ since 1991. I don't know what folks like this get paid, but if it's more than the guy behind the register at McDonald's, it's too much.
