Let me elaborate on my earlier post:

When you have a company that cannot earn any money , will not generate any revenue and will not and has not gained any following by Bio-Tech analysts and or Major firm recognittion you have a situation that is conducive to ignorant and uninformed trading activity.it is clear to the professional that GERN cannot sustain any of the appreciation in the price of the stock, simply because there is absolutely no reason to own it now..In the year 2005, if they are still around, and other more significant players haven't passed them up or made obsolete the research than one may entertain owning it..but everyone is simply hoping for this or that trading trend to save the investment they made..If you are long you have to wonder why? and who is going to buy them from me..The stock was not borrowable..so the majority of shorts in the stock either covered or are market makers who understand that the public is usually wrong...and they trade accordingly. liquidity was there today you could have bought a 100,000 or sold them like water..but next week it won't be the case...I wouldn't be surprised to see a rash of insider filings and selling notices at the Washington service. GERN cannot sustain it's level the absolute is made because nothing warrants current valuation..5 to 10 years out is along time..until then the Company must rely on these periodic hype releases in order to keep outside individuals involved and so that they can hopefully keep money coming in... The one fund manager that owned the stock sold all 4000 shares today...How is that for condfidence.. i think it is wrong if you try to get others to buy this stock simply because you need a rise in price so you can get yourself out, but hey that is between you and your own conscience...
