When stock gets converted, either from warrants or Preferred shares, it always increases the float, which mathematically dilutes the share price. How can that signal a run up? CNBC did a piece this afternoon talking about the gold industry. Seems like all the big players are cutting exploration and mining by about 28%. Probably not a good time to shop your new find. I had to laugh when I saw a message from Alertline stating the "shorts" were at it again, two days ago. I can positively state it was not the shorts selling at least half those shares. Anyway, I'm out and glad of it. If I miss the ride into the teens as predicted, I'll be back to congratulate you all.
