I think the a PE of 20 to 30 is too high for this company. That would be severely out of line with its peer group. NITE should get a growth premium, but 20 to 30 PE in this biz is asking alot IMO.

I agree with you concerning their performance in the down market. I was actually surprised when earnings came out - I expected worse.
