The Main Street Bancorp (MNBK) I am interested in is based in Reading, PA and is smaller than the Mainstreet Bancorp (MSBC) in Virginia. Regarding MSBC, you are correct about their acceptance of a buyout. Although MNBK (PA based Main Street) might be on the auction block one of these days, they are not right now (to the best of my knowledge). Lynn
