I just do not think our management has it! I have been moving my position from VTEL over to PLCM. PLCM up over 20% last 5 days. I continue to sell covered calls on my VTEL until they take my stock. PLCM (IMO) is doing everything right(1) lower cost systems, (2) more performance for the dollar, (3) better quality, (4) more OEM and distribution agreements (four new OEM agreements signed this month including Northern Telecom, Bell Atlantic, British Telecom etc), (5) increasing sales and earnings and (6) better technology.

Need I say more.

I just hope VTEL breaks $5 soon so all my stock will be called away.

Sorry for the negative opinion but the poor performance by our management, lack of new "competitive" products and lack of new distribution contracts tells me that VTEL is not growing and may be in serious trouble. This is confirmed to me by the article you posted.
