It would take someone a whole lot smarter than me to answer that question and the answer could fill thousands of pages. But if you want to know the direction I would like to see the SEC take in regards to protecting average investors from being scammed it is this in part. I would like to see the SEC spend more time going after scam companies. At the present it seems they are focusing more on the people that prey on unsuspecting investors than on the companies that are financing this type of behavior. I would also like to see them be much stricter with the people that they do catch.
