I take it the offer is set for tomorrow.
Although I do not own shares in CNSI, I would have no problem with such an offer either way. Its only two million shares and as you know biotechs burn through cash like a cat eats tunafish. I imagine they figure they will need some cash to see Cerestat through and assuming its approved their would be no further need for dilution. As a shareholder this scenario would be most appealing.

You sound like a technical trader-in that case the overhang of a couple million shares would alter the equation. Although on the flip side when these offerings take place- usually shortly afterwards the slew of analyst recommendations come forth which will certainly help.
LT the fate of Cerestat remains the integral factor.
