I think things are still evolving, that the big conventional names are less-likely to dominate the Web than many think, and that Amazon is still in good shape.

I think the B&N/Ingram development should be taken very seriously. It gives B&N Online a leg-up on delivery time, but also a huge opportunity for restraint of trade.
