I don't sense that dilution is going to be a problem. Issuing more shares would dilute the management portion too and they have too much of a good thing going. Last percentage I recall is 62 % insider ... could be up or down, but close. Opening the first site appears to be the hurdle. Once over, additional sites should cascade ! Along with profits. And yes - $ 5 / next 6 mos: ( from Jackie Gleason: HOW SWEET IT IS !!! )
