lisa...I was thinking that it depends on who gets in. Largent is a real reformer. I doubt that much would change with Livingston in. So Livingston=bullish
Largent would probably be unsettling 'cause he is a real balanced budget freak. I don't think he would cough up a dime to the IMF.
