Don't beat yourself, Its never worth it. I just saw an 8-K on Swissray where the company blames their accountants STG-Coopers, Lybrandt for failing th get their 10-K in on time causing them to be de-listed. If there is a lesson in this it is that there is usually a good reason why a penny stocks sell for pennies. That is exactly what they are worth. Move on. There are other worthwhile puppies out there John
