Cavalry,

I am a shareholder of TCBG but haven't posted here. I mostly lurk.

I have seen many people like you on other threads who either never owned the stock or have sold, and still continue to post negative posts. The presentation of those posts are generally like yours almost like you are laughing at the rest of us and have to prove that you are right and the remaining shareholders are wrong. Also, they appear to be written to attempt to negatively influence other potential buyers.

I can never understand what motivates such a person. Being a good guy watching out for all other shareholders just doesn't cut it. If that was the case, one post defining your opinion might be understood. However, not repeated posts.

Most "normal" people move past a stock and the personalities of the shareholders once they are out of the stock. If you make money, you happily move on to other stocks and don't bother looking back. Those that you sell at a loss, you often want to forget, and don't spend time looking for additional negatives about the company.

Perhaps you can explain what motivates you to continue to post to this thread? I personally don't believe that every negative poster is trying to drive the price down to buy. The price is usually down anyway. So, what is it? Is it a personal issue with certain people? An ego thing? A lot of free time in your life? Are you being paid to do it?

Notice I am not defending or attacking the company or you, but just trying to understand what is driving you and your posts. I would truly appreciate an answer.

Thank you.

Judith
