Tim, I have Norton on my PC--I'm not sure which version (I bought the PC in Jan 1997), and a number of months back, I downloaded the first virtual beta and had so many problems that I had to uninstall it. Last week, I received the new beta and installed the virtual component because Gary had said a couple of months ago that he thought that he had fixed the problem with Norton (I don't remember if mentioned a particular version). Sure enough, it's working like a charm. Jan
