carl, so if your jr and you want to buy that new house or car(what kind of car?) you sell 10% of your stock. maybe. don't think so. if i were jr i keep the stock and float a low int loan, esp knowing the bottom is here and it is big bucks now. but i guess he is the kind of guy that likes to pay cash for everything<g>. william
