BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 23, 1998--IMG Latin America, Inc. (OTCBB:IMGL - news) announced a change of name to "International Healthcare Holdings, Inc." and a change of OTC Bulletin Board ticker symbol ("IMGL") to "IHHC" (OTCBB:IHHC).

In addition to the name change, International Healthcare Holdings, Inc.("IHHsm") is pleased to announce the appointment of a new senior management team. Named to the team were the following:
