The Chinese are a socialistic one party dictatorship with no air, sea, or space power. They have a system that does not support basic
human rights and cannot prosper over the generations. In 5000 years
of history they have been very insular and have had not had any vision of individual human rights or personal freedoms for all mankind. Yes, they have come a long way. "Super-economic power in the
next century" - I don't buy it because they don't have the total package of freedom, finance, vision. However, because of their
capitalistic tendencies - they will certainly continue to prosper.
