Hi Bill, Cut a little slack for Gerry and Dru while you're at it. When he did that loan deal with that shark, he was probably desperate for money to keep the company afloat. Can't be too hard on him for that. Granted, they shouldn't have given this character free trading shares but sometimes when you're desperate you do foolish things. I still say he kept PFG alive so it could fight another day.

I sure don't know why John's name would be included in the lawsuit as he was only an employee as the investor relations guy. Sounds like the usual format, sue everyone in sight and hope something sticks. I sure hope the courts throw this out. I hate bloodsuckers.

Don't forget when he was going to sell the La Colorada and we bitched about it, he listened to the shareholders and kept it. That is probably when he was forced to go to the shark. If I recall, he had 3 suitors for the property, one of which was Rio Tinto. Had he sold, we wouldn't be waiting with baited breath for some sign of hope there.

I'm sure CMS and crew will be able to make good headway with this case in any event.

Cheers

Shirley
