Allan: Thanks for the reference to the Edgar filing. While I understand the company's desire to reincorporate under the more favorable laws of Delaware, I noticed a statement that the company's stock will continue to be traded on the NASDAQ Small Cap market. With the price of the stock having fallen to below $1, do you or anyone reading this thread know whether BSFE (or WSSI) will still meet the requirements for listing? I guess that since the statement is made in the proxy matierials, the company's counsel has approved it, but I'm curious just the same. Jack
