BARRONS article.... McNamee favors Netscape.... Q: What about you, Roger? McNamee: We continue to hold Amazon, Inktomi and eBay. Also Netscape, Yahoo and Excite, which is a tremendous value. They've had execution issues that have justifiably concerned Wall Street, but everyone has been too quick to dismiss the opportunity available to Netscape. They're still No. 1 in browsers, despite extraordinary effort by Microsoft. They have a meaningful portal business around their NetCenter site. And they have the opportunity to build a substantial business in enterprise software. interactive.wsj.com regards Giota
