A Request:
Someone mentioned that they had picked up GERN around $9 on Thursday, which was about halfway up its tremendous afternoon run. We all knowthat there was a substantial gap on Friday and subsequent selloff, rebound and drop.
I would like to ask if anyone finds a stock that is under substantial buying pressure, that is one that is on a steady price uptrend and accumulation, we would all really appreciate it if you post it.
There are enough seasoned traders around here to make an adequate assessment of the stock and post their opinions. And weall respect that Due Diligence is a given. The other reason is that Position Traders could also have looked to acquired if they had intraday access to read here, and even holding would still be up 60-70%.
It is becoming a fast market, but there are still opportunities to catch a run before the gap if we share that kind of information. BTW, the stock had been heavily shorted since about August, so I didn't check to see if there were any shares to short once it curled over after hitting the 23 mid-morning ceiling, but given one could have reasonable shorted at 22 and bought to cover at 17, that was worth another $5. However, there will be a short squeeze on this one, so GERN should be left on the screens for positive movement. I do run the net and TA on it now, so I will be watching it, but the big moves will come intraday.
