that really is ridiculous, you know full well that I said tlc would publish numbers which met all expectations...
that's easily done with pooling of interest accounting.

with the merger, all numbers can look good, but a merger will only boost numbers once. ( remember I forecasted tlc will have buy another company before Q4 ends!!!)
what I'm really interested in how well the channel was stuffed with brod titles, like europe nearly 50% jump or how the brod titles were jammed into oem bundling deals.

another issue, tlc burned more of brod's cash, (in fact tlc now has an increased line of credit, even though tlc increased its suspposed cashflow...

and lastly, tlc keeps losing money and as fleckenstein wrote thurs, it how the game is played...keep spinning hope eternal and issue yourself huge mgmt options...

I'm just waiting for nov 15th to read the q filing in detail.
in the meantime I need your support to keep buying tlc...thx

btw:I'm amused that tlc hasn't allowed the replay of the telcon.
