Hi Greg

Appreciate the information. Any idea as to why Zack's downgraded this stock? Was it a ST or LT outlook?

I think right now that I will hold onto my shares - given the dividend and recent earnings. Also no change in interest rates by the FED at this time. Will know more after Friday's information. Also, a lot of interest in all types of REITs by institutional investors.

Have you decided what you're going to do?
