I was just speaking generally...

as for the buyback.. I"m talking about the 20million shares or so that he loaned out as collaterol and RG said they'd be gotten back..
and my point was simply for those wondering why 1million shares can trade and the price not move.

also "stiffed" wasn't a word I used but someone else... it's just the promises they've given and NOT delivering... most BB companies learn the hard way NOT to give time frames... cuz there are almost always delays or uncontrollable events... I think RG is learning this and now taking a more cautious approach.

in the big picture, the shares out won't matter but that's simply forward looking and I was referring to why the stock cant seem to break above the 23cent mark.. even on good buying.

as for doing my DD... I've done plenty... much more than the average person here I'm quite sure.

I'm comfortable with my decision to show an interest here and simply sharing my thoughts. There are equally a number of good things as bad right now...

things we can all really be proud of and things that are upsetting.

in due time, I'm sure TSIG will become a big player and it will further these contracts and grow itself remarkably. It's just going to take time and STRICT patience by the company and investors.. meanwhile, we've all contributed to the disappointment here somewhat by focusing on timed events so much ... and not telling the company to stop giving timelines that it can't meet.

How many times did we all post on here "WEBSITE will be open for business next week"... and then "anyday now" and then "should be soon".. and then "oh man, we're just now starting beta testing??" and then "cool we've started beta testing" .. and then "where's my CDs .. I ordered them weeks ago".. and then "okay we have to reorder"..

well know, people ARE receiving the music... the new website looks great.. they have alliances out there and probably going to be on some search engines sometime soon. Making deals with distribution for the card... I think we're nearing the top of the hill and with just a few more accomplishments we should peak and be able to put it in neutral and just coast down the road to success..

meantime, we'll all continue to be happy and frustrated all at the same time.. and those who can't wait any longer will move on.

I personally am still here. Take care REW... not sure you really were talking to me directly or just in general. my comments were general in nature and NOT designed to criticize the company in whole... they've had some disappointments and setbacks.. RG has admitted that... but then show me a company who doesn't have problems along the way.. I think the biggest concern by shareholders or one of them anyway is that poor communication between TSIG and its shareholders... thing is though : you DONT have to have good communication with shareholders to grow a company and make a nice profit. But it's something that as a company grows it needs to learn.. especially in the pennies. They're learning just like we are.

take care all.. sorry to anyone who thought my post was negative against TSIG... that's NOT the case.
