John R: Your point is well taken. Defensive stock in an up market, probably doesn't make sense unless you are the contrarian type. What I got from Battaglia was he wasn't much of any tobacco stock fan(of course this was at the height of all the litigation and government tax plan also). Thanks for your 2 cents. I'll take it to the bank and save it for a rainy day.
