Gary I sometimes get the feeling that I'm talking to a vacuum. The Main reason I like Cisco and have owned it so long is their management! I am an engineer but what I have learned over many years is that the best products made by the best engineers don't mean anything unless it is marketed well and supported well. Cisco beats the competition hands down in that dept! I have owned MSFT for a long time and I can remember lots of people slamming them and they missed the boat while I made tons of money with that one! Management is the critical link to success in the long run! regards, Eric
