Tim...saw your recent posting about hibernation and got to thinking about your post about the trial members... I like to receive messages from Trial members because I have had them sign up to send me messages when I didnt have my email address up ...(for fear someone was going to be able to track down personal information on me via my email address......had someone check my yahoo email address and my ISP address ...and I dont think you can get anything on me) However, I can also see your point about getting inundated with them... I dont know what the point is of being a trial member since you dont get to post on threads..except for the private message function ...maybe there is some other feature that I dont know about since I havent taken the time to check out what trial members can do versus nonmembers. If that is the only real advantage...then taking it away defeats the purpose of the trial period. Perhaps a solution is the ability for individuals to block trial members from private messaging...
