I wish I had bought at 50 cents, like some of the daring people into TSQD. Sometimes, you have to don't do as I do <g>.

This weeks TSQD earnings will be an important test of new management. All sorts of interesting issues for TSQD:

(1) Can new management bring the catalog business back to life? Part of the reason TSQD was down over the last 2 years was the decline in AAPLs fortunes. Another reason was Ronning was too busy setting up DRIV to pay attention to TSQD.

(2) Did Jeff Abramavitz leave for truly personal reasons, or did he see something bad?

(3) How is the new Internet catalog business doing? It started May 15, I would expect some sales figures to be clearly stated this time. If TSQD avoids sharing sales figures, that would be bad news IMHO.

(4) Does rejuvenation of AAPL help TSQD? iMac sales are hot, and please note that DRIV reserved the domain name "imacsoftware.com".

The answers to these questions will help us to value TSQD as a company. If catalog sales shoot up, TSQD will no longer sell at a fraction of sales.

I think DRIV's recent run up in stock price is pure rumor driven. It's an open question of whether this rumor has legs. Ronning is certainly doing his part to keep this rumor alive by cleverly associating the word AMZN with DRIV in a press release. Of course, he can deny that was his intent, he could just say that the AMZN rumor was the reason he offered himself as a natural expert on ESD.
