Mark Davis, complaining here on SI is useful. The main reason is that many potential customers read this thread before opening an account. Datek knows this, and thus monitors the thread. Although Datek has stopped posting, we know they're reading. They cringe when they see a board full of complaints because they know that will drive off future business. That motivates them to fix the problems that cause the loudest public complaints.
