LOL Poet!

I know what you mean. I can do up to fifty trades in a day myself. The question is: what constitutes over trading? If I do fifty trades and make fifty bucks clear of commissions I may be out a bunch of energy, but I have also sharpened my execution skills. It's a bit like playing pinball. I find if I don't get in the game and make some trades, I tend to sit and watch too much and miss great moves. You have to find a way to be hyperactive at every second so that you can hit the good moves. If you only do ten trades a week, it is tough to be alert enough IMO. Balance is probably the goal. I am still working on it.

Rick

Ps. It's worth keeping in mind that fifty trades a month cancels out the quotes fees and a hundred trades a month reduces commissions to $19.95.
