I have been researching HDTV and the consensus is that everybody will change over to it in 2006 or buy a converter to use their analog set. Current digital TVs are highly priced and one strategy seems to be selling the projection TV since it is "digital ready" - but I can't determine if there are hidden charges. The Phillips flat screen will be out in Best Buy in about a year and I was told it will cost $15K.

I will reask the previously posted question with a few modifications:

1. Who are the best bets to move volumes of digital TVs?

2. Are there any plays in terms of component suppliers or equipment suppliers to broadcasters?

Thanks,

George D.
