This article was posted on Infoworld on Friday. The graphics performance of SGI's new Intel/NT box is quite impressive for a NT machine. 3.2 Gbps of graphics memory bandwidth and a 256 bit wide memory bus. First time I have seen these figures. infoworld.com Now, can they sell the thing cheap enough. The article says they will have a cheaper Pentium II series as well as a Xeon series.
