The sweet thing is, whoever DOES volley a first bid on WCII initiates a MAJOR open auction. Seriously, what telco can afford to NOT have this property? And though I don't see that happening for at least 4-6 months, I DO expect partnerships to form in the near future.

And even though the Q CLEC revenues were disappointing, and SG&A as a percent of revenues is enormous (even relative to other similarly staged CLECs), IMO there is a LOT of reason to be optimistic on WCII currently.

All IMO.
