Walter, Good luck on your purchase. I wonder why the price has stayed so low for so long. In the past the rise hasn't been so plodding. Why the reluctance? We have been minimizing the remaining power of the preferred shareholders, but perhaps the big money thinks that they will have a better chance to buy in the future. Or maybe they think there is still plenty of time to hop on and don't mind missing the first point or two of the rise. I hope your sense of time to buy is better than mine has been. Greg
