marcos janice ask this all day & night. you must read '95 10k & court papers. andy mann request stock for english investors. aznt have no stock. titan have stock and agree to lend stock for 60 days. andy mann pay for this privlege. fee went to aznt. stock is transferred to doumanis account then doumanis transfer stock to mann. after 60 days stock is still not returned. sylver wrote letter it is in court papers that stock will be lent 60 days for said fee. stock is NEVER returned. 4 million shares reg s special legend is got same way but this time alders & mann conspire to lift special legend. sylver recieves dtc sheets which state there are 4 million extra shares in aznt market. mann free traded this stock. you must also know that ex brokers turn state evidence. i refer you to 10K & court papers. spider
