Right out of the book.
Before I did the proper research (with Tims pointers, of course) I overreacted and chased stocks. I lost more often than won. Read the book "Trading for a living" to get detailed insight on Tim's reply.

Disapline is the critical ingredient here. Let them go if its out of your plan.
